Valentina has come to my rescue. She is intuitive, calm and patient, warm and knowledgeable. She is thorough in her work with me, and despite restrictions on time sometimes due to commitments I leave her never feeling short changed or rushed into any particular manouvre she requires me to execute.
I massage a number of people each week which takes its toll on my own body, and having been an extremely active person physically in the past; Karate for 10 years, football and athletics to a high level, I have found myself stiffening up since not being in the regime my body`s been used to. That`s where Valentina comes in, getting me back into shape. Thanks Valentina, I`m enjoying the journey.
